Technopark has invited for selection of a co-developer to build and operate an IT building on its Phase-IV (Technocity) campus in Thiruvananathpuram, Kerala
The building will have to accommodate IT office spaces, business centres, food courts, and have provisions for solar rooftops and rainwater harvesting, and conform to global ESG standards on energy management. It will be part of the Quad project, an integrated mini township coming up on 30 acres
The successful bidder should complete the building in 30 months from the date of agreement
The last date for bids to be submitted is 12 March, 2024
